The world has lost a champion of the nature.

Through words and deeds, he quietly did what people said he could not. He fought against the modern “progress” of a society, clinging to the simple, more meaningful ways of life. Wendell Berry chose a path less traveled. He inspired folks around the world to quiet their souls and breathe in the stillness of a forest.
